Just five months ago, Valentine O'Dell started working at a very special kind of nightclub – one where you can dance the night away, or live out your greatest fantasy. She's learned to lose herself to her nights, forgetting all her day time woes as she charms every man she meets. It's easy enough to do when she doesn't let her feelings get involved.

Then Ari Sharapov walks in and changes everything.

Working for his father's law firm has left Ari with very little control over his life, so when he sees Valentine for the first time, he sees a girl who is desperate for someone to take care of her. To take over her. So what he can't get for himself in the day time, he'll simply take for himself at night. But when power struggles lead to real feelings, who's actually controlling whom?

Some relationships are better left in the dark.

99c for a limited time!!

I am so glad I read this book! It was so good but let me tell you that Ari is a jerk of the highest order but there is something about him that makes you believe there’s more underneath. You can help but hate and love him. I think he is one of the reasons I loved this book so much.

Valentine is full of sweet and sass and you can see why Ari wants to spend time with her. However, what suppose to be something that they did at night and nothing more becomes much more complicated. Valentine and Ari together are off the charts hot. I can’t wait for the next book.

About Stylo Fantôme

Crazy woman from a remote location in Alaska (where the need for a creative mind is a necessity!), I have been writing since … forever? Yeah, that sounds about right. I have been told that I remind people of Lucille Ball – I also see shades of Jennifer Saunders, and Denis Leary. So basically, I laugh a lot, I’m clumsy a lot, and I say the F-word A LOT.

I like dogs more than I like most people, and I don’t trust anyone who doesn’t drink. No, I do not live in an igloo, and no, the sun does not set for six months out of the year, there’s your Alaska lesson for the day. I have mermaid hair – both a curse and a blessing – and most of the time I talk so fast, even I can’t understand me.

Yeah. I think that about sums me up.

  1. Sounds like a steamy read. Is there a cliff hanger or does the book continue with the same 2 characters?

  2. Execution is everything since there are only so many plots … appreciate having resources where they highlight the ones that do it well.

  3. I love the dark mysterious men that there is something underneath and it takes one woman to bring it out. I can’t wait to read this one.

  4. Looks like a book that I can get lost in and read all in one day. I love this type of book and want to read it! 99 cents is a great deal!

  5. That is a great deal and even though this doesn’t sound like something I would usually be interested in, at that price I would surely give it a chance.

  6. I’m not sure if this is my kind of read, but I know several people who really like this kind of set up in a story. It does look like an interesting couple of characters.
