Labors of a Hero by Billie Dale
Series: Fairytale Fantasy #3
Genres: Fantasy

The only good my parents gave me is my name, Hercules.

I turned zero possibility into firefighting hero.

Now life’s pretty simple.
After all, with classic good looks,
I'm one of Farawayville's most eligible bachelors.

But when a sassy little ER nurse enters my life, everything gets a lot more complicated.

My new goal? To get into her heart, and her pants.

She challenges me with 12, yes 12, labors to prove I’m worthy of her time.

The quest of a lifetime, for one freaking date seems ridiculous.

But one look in those eyes, and I'm all in, and hellbent in turning one date into forever.

*Inspired by Hercules

**Each book in The Fairytale Fantasy Series is a stand alone romantic comedy with slap stick humor and holy moly craziness.

MY THOUGHTS

This was the first book from this author or series for me. I loved it! I normally don’t do mythology based romances because I end up picking them apart so much but this one was well done. Les (Hercules) is a fire fighter and super hot. I mean why wouldn’t he be and all the ladies in town ogle him among other things they want.  Meghan wants that too but she refuses to give in to those baser urges. She gives Les the 12 labors as a way of keeping him away from her. Boy does that not go according to plan! Like I said this was a great read and one that made me what to pick up the two previous books.

  1. I love books like this in a series that yOu can read out of order or alone. The cover is great and portrays a really strong character.

  2. First, I’m loving the new look of your blog, and i think it’s more like the rita reviews, when you just started. This is a new author for me, but I do love romance.

  3. This books sounds like a hot and steamy kind of read, probably more out of my league, but loving the name his mom chose for him and who doesn’t love a man with muscles.
