MY REVIEW OCT 2021

We met Sam back in book two, The Darkest of Light, as Alba’s friend at college. When Alba came back to Polson he moved there as well. I wasn’t sure how I felt about him at first but then he grew on me so I was thrilled to finally get his story.

Sofia we met in book one when she was helped Bella and then was rescued. She spent years being held and abused. The Kings took her in and helped her heal. She is part of their family and now is more than ready to come into her own.

I enjoyed that for for these two there wasn’t a whole lot of outside drama. Sofia had been through a lot and putting her through more would have just been cruel.
