This is the first book in the Fiona Quinn Mystery series and I must say that I liked her a lot. Fiona is now a kindergarten teacher who onced dreamed of dancing in the ballet but had to give up after an accident.
When she goes to watch her friend Silja dance she gets more than just a show. she gets wrapped up in a murder mystery that will have Fiona lacing up her dance shoes once again. She takes on dancing again to help Detective Nathan Landry find the killer. His plan will get Fiona up close with all of the suspects and they have plenty of reasons to be a suspect.
This book was such a joy to read with its twists and turns. It was a quick read for me but that didn’t take anything away from the story. I loved Fiona as I said and Detective Landry was a great character as well. I am certainly planning on reading other books in this series.
