Misfit by R. Holmes
Genres: Dark Romance

How far is too far?
Ask yourself what lines are ones that you would never, under any circumstance, ever cross?
What is unforgivable? Unjustifiable? Deplorable.
What if someone you loved was on the other side of that line?
Would you cross it, if it meant selling your soul to the devil in exchange for their freedom?
Well I’m your worst fucking nightmare and they call me Misfit.
I fix things. People, problems. Your broken heart with my cock. The list is endless.
Until the day I stumbled upon a beautiful Înger who drew the evil right from my bone marrow.

MY REVIEW OCT 2021

Misfit is the guy that gets things done. His past has shaped him into this cold and unfeeling man that I wasn’t sure I was going to like. However, he blew me away. I found myself drawn to him in a way I couldn’t explain. I mean he is everything your parents ever warned you about a man and sets off every radar that screams stay away. He is as alpha as they come and everything a book boyfriend should be.

Ivy on the other is everything that Misfit isn’t. Yet, she sees the man behind the killer and darkness. She had a strength that even Misfit didn’t see at first. They could not be two different characters but fit together so well.

I am so glad that I took a chance on this book. I wasn’t sure if it was going to be one that I like but like I said I was just blown away. This is so well written and the characters grab you by the throat and don’t let go. From page one to the last I was invested in the lives of the characters and what they had going on.

About R. Holmes

R. Holmes is from a small town in southern Louisiana where she lives on a farm, with her husband and two little boys. Whenever she’s not chasing around the goats and her boys on the farm, she spends her time watching ridiculous amounts of Netflix and is almost always stuck with her nose in a book. She thrives on horror films, sarcasm, and reruns of Harry Potter. A perpetual night owl, you’ll find her in her office locked away until the wee hours of the morning. She loves to meet her readers and discuss her latest favorite books and her upcoming projects!
