Life’s A Beach Giveaway Hop

2021MayHopStill

It is time for another amazing giveaway hop and again I’m keeping it pretty simple. As always I need to thank  The Mommy Island, and  The Kids Did It for putting this hop together for us. This month I am reflecting a little on all the books I have read so far this year. There have been plenty and I will say I have rediscovering a favorite author that I haven’t read in the past.

I have been reading plenty of Nora Roberts books recently. I used to love her but for some reason stopped reading her. I picked up one of her books which led me to read others. In fact, she is going to be the Author of the Month in June and there will be a huge giveaway to go along with that. I have also been in a bit of a reading slump. Other than review books and the few Nora Roberts I have just been rereading some favorites. That is why one of the entries for the giveaway is to tell me what your favorite books have been so far this year. I’m hoping to get some suggestions.

I’m in the process of reading and enjoying Seven Longest Yards. I get side-tracked too easily and haven’t finished it yet.

The Seven Longest Yards is a love story between a boy with catastrophic spinal cord injuries, a girl with crippling depression, and the God who brings them together to “above all, love each other deeply” (1 Peter 4:8). It’s a parenting story about kids who need the most love ask for it in the most unloving ways.
