This was my favorite book of the series! Having read and enjoyed this series many times I will say that of the Montana chapter Gabriel is my favorite of the guys. They are all great but there is something about Gabriel that sets him apart. He had a rough life and from the moment he meets Alba in the first book of the series you can tell there is something there between them.
However she is young and he wants her to live her dreams. They get one night together before he pushes her away because he feels that is the right thing to do. So she heads off to college to forget all about the big brooding man that broke her heart.
While away she discovers that her perfect night with Gabriel has left her with something that will help her find the strength she never knew she had. That is until her crazy stalker sends her right back home to the one group of people that can protect her above all others.
Let me tell you there is so much emotion and explosive heat that goes on in this book. If you going to read a single book in this series you must read this one. This one is full of passion and hope and even some tense moments where you aren’t sure your poor heart can take it.

I love the “broken boy” trope. It’s so satisfying they find the right person to heal.
