They warned me not to take this job.
They said you were ruthless, impossible to please…
I said I was better than them.
I wouldn’t fall for your charm, your arrogance, or how sexy you fill out that suit.
I wouldn’t fall for your deep brown eyes or the way that muscle moves in your square jaw when you’re pissed.

I said I could resist you.
I was wrong...

(BOSS OF ME is a STAND-ALONE workplace, military romance with a badass alpha boss and the feisty woman who steals and heals his heart.
No cheating. No cliffhangers.)

It has been a while since I read anything from Tia Louise. She is a wonderful author who just gets lost within my tbr sometimes. I am more than thrilled though that I was able to read this one. It reminded me of why I love her work so much.

After graduating Vanderbilt’s Owen Grad School , Raquel Morgan is ready for her new job at the prestigious Nashville firm, Fletcher International, Inc. A firm that her older sister once worked at. Her sister gave her one piece of advice and that was not to fall for the boss who is a devil. With that piece of advice in the back of her mind Raquel feels she is good to go. After all she has no plans to fall for the boss. That is until she comes face to face with him. Then her plans and her sister’s advice flies right out the window.

Patton Fletcher is a difficult man to say the least. He’s ex-military with two friends who work for him. He is always aware of the need he has to take care of them and makes sure that everything he does is to ensure that. His plan is to only focus on his company and if people think he is the devil then so be it. Then he comes face to face with Raquel and his plans fly out the window as well.

Patton and Raquel were the perfect couple. They were so great together. Their chemistry was off the charts. These are two people who carry the weight of the world and their responsibilities on their shoulders. They needed each other more than they could ever know. This is one book that you have to read!
